If for any reasons, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your order and get a refund. Most importantly, please give us a call at 1-800-557-4617 upon receiving defective items.

We accept returns within 30 days of the shipped date. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Merchandise should be returned in an unworn condition with its original packaging material. ANY WORN MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO US WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN TO WORN MERCHANDISE.

Please do not tape up the shoe box to return footwear. Send back your returns in its original packaging (e.g., shoebox) and place it in a shipping box. Returns received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns for any special occasion party dresses purchased through our website will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please include the original invoice with your return and a brief explanation for return (i.e. “Too big”). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your returns.
We offer return shipping labels for the low cost of $8.50 for one item. For every additional item, $3.00 will be added, with a maximum cost of $15.00. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or can be paid for through PayPal, Amazon Payment, or a credit card. Labels will be sent to the customer’s direct email address. Please contact us for more information.
You have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service Team by phone, email or chat so that we can better assist you on how to process the exchange.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund and credit the refund back to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for it to show to your account.
At this time, all orders outside of the United States are FINAL. We take extra care in inspecting international orders to ensure correct shipment.
