RETURN

K Stores USA strives to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.But if for any reasons, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your order and get a refund.Most importantly, please give us a call at 1-800-557-4617 upon receiving defective items.

We accept returns within 30 days of the shipped date.Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.Merchandise should be return in an unworn condition with its original packaging material.ANY WORN MERCHANDISE, etc. footwear or clothing, RETURN TO US WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURN TO SENDER.NO REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN TO WORN MERCHANDISE.

Please do not tape up the shoe box to return footwear.Send back your returns in a wrapped packaged.Returns received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns for any special occasion party dresses purchased through our website will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE for all items.We do not offer free shipping labels for returns.

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

We offer our customers return shipping labels for the low cost of $8.50 for one return item.$3.00 will be added for every additional item, and $15.00 maximum.The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or can be paid for through PayPal, Amazon Payment, or Credit Card.Labels will be sent to the customer’s direct email address.Please contact us for more information.

REFUND

Once K Stores USA have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund and credit the refund back to your credit card or original method of payment.Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method, as the process may take shorter or longer period of time due to the credit card company or during the busy holidays.

We are working diligently to process returns as soon as they arrive. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

EXCHANGE
Although it rarely happens, should you receive defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date for an exchange or refund.It is best advised to send an email or call our Customer Service about an exchange.

For a replacement of your order, please follow the Return Instructions and write Exchange along with your reasons of exchange on the invoice.Please note that you will have to pay the return shipping cost for the exchange. Upon receipt of your return, we will gladly send out the replacement of the original item(s), free of charge, as long as the merchandise is available.If the merchandise is not available, we will provide you with a full refund including the original shipping amount.
