1.What are your size conversions?
The footwear at K Stores USA is labeled with US sizes. Please note that our footwear also has half sizes. For a size conversion, please refer to our women size and kids size buttons at the top of the website menu. Or click here for Women Size or Kids Size.
2.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.
3.Do you offer gift certificate?
Yes, we do offer gift certificate. The gift certificate button is at the top on the website menu.
4.Do you offer coupon or promo codes?
Occasionally, we have promotions and coupons code that can be applied at checkout. Please check our Coupon Codes for coupons’ availability. Enter coupon code at checkout.
5.How do I order?
Find something you like? Choose the size and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the button “Add to Cart”. The “Add to Cart” button will be a dark gray which means that the shoe size is available. You can view your cart and remove an item at any time. When you are done shopping, click on “Checkout” and then proceed to fill out the necessary information for purchase. Click HERE for a Video Tutorial.
6.Why can’t I add my shoes to the shopping cart?
If once you select your shoe size and cannot add to cart, it means the shoe size is out of stock. If the “Add to Cart” button is a light gray, it means that the shoe size is unavailable and cannot be add to the shopping cart.
7.Why doesn’t the free shipping coupon code work?
Please make sure you capitalize the coupon code. For example, FREESHIPUSA is the correct way to enter at checkout.
8.How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of when the order is placed. The date you received your order will depend on the shipping method that you select. International shipping may vary depending on the International Courier Services.

9.Can I place an international order?
We offer international shipping to various countries.
10.I did not receive an email confirmation, what do I do?
Emails are sent out automatically once an order has been placed and shipped. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder as the email may be filter to your spam folder.
11.How do I check on the status of my order?
Once the order has been placed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of the order with your tracking number and status of your order. You can also view the status of the order by logging into your K Stores USA account and check on your order’s status.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order status to change.
12.How can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days from the shipped date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Items should be return in unworn conditions and in original packaging materials. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE UP THE SHOE BOX TO RETURN FOOTWEAR. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

13.Do you offer free shipping labels for returns?
No, we do not offer free shipping labels for returns.
14.How long does it take for my refund to be process?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, as the process may take a longer time during busy holidays and also depending on your credit card company, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
